低分子肝素辅助治疗对重度子痫前期产妇胎盘缺氧及细胞凋亡的影响
Effect of adjuvant low-molecular-weight heparin therapy on placental hypoxia and cell apoptosis in puerperae with severe preeclampsia

Abstract
Objective: To study the effecof adjuvanlow-molecular-weighheparin therapy on placental hypoxiand cell apoptosiin puerperae with severe preeclampsia.Methods: total of 94 puerperae with severe preeclampsiwho received treatmenand safely gave birth in ouhospital between May 2014 and May 2016 were selected athe research subjectand randomly divided into the LMWH group who received low-molecular-weighheparin combined with conventional symptomatitreatmenand the control group who received conventional symptomatitreatment.Before and aftetreatment, serum wacollected respectively to determine the levelof placental hypoxia-related cytokines, and aftedelivery, the placentawere collected to detecoxidative stresindexeand cell apoptosiindexes.Results: Aftetreatment, serum PLGF and PAPP-levelof both groupwere significantly highethan those before treatmenwhile sFlt-1 and sEng levelwere significantly lowethan those before treatment, and aftetreatment, serum PLGF and PAPP-levelof LMWH group were significantly highethan those of control group while sFlt-1 and sEng levelwere significantly lowethan those of control group;ROand RNlevelawell aFas, FasL, caspase-3 and caspase-8 protein expression in placenttissue of LMWH group were significantly lowethan those of control group while GPx-1, SOD-1 and Trx levelawell aSurvivin, XIAP and Bcl-2 protein expression were significantly highethan those of control group.Conclusions: Adjuvanlow-molecular-weighheparin therapy can relieve the placental hypoxia, improve oxidative stresreaction and inhibicell apoptosiin puerperae with severe preeclampsia.关键词
