摘要

Abstract

Objective: To study the TLRfamily expression in lesionand peripheral blood of patientwith acne and theiregulating effecon the synthesiof inflammatorymediators.Methods:60 patientwith acne vulgariwho were treated in ouhospital between June 2013 and July 2016 were selected athe acne group,and 48 patientwith traumwho accepted debridemenand suturing in ohspital during the same period were selected athe control group.The acne focutissue and the skin tissue aftedebridemenwere collected to determine the expression of TLRand in flammatory mediators,and the peripheral blood mononucleacellwere collected to determine the expression of TLRs.Results:TLR2and TLR4 protein expression in skinissue and peripheral blood mononucleacellof acne group were significantly highethan those of control group while the TLR3,TLR5,TLR7and TLR9 protein expression were nosignificantly differenfrom those of control group;IL-1α,IL-1β,IL-8andTNF-αlevelin acne tissue with high TLR2and TLR4 expression were significantly highethan those in acne tissue with low TLR2 and TLR4 expression.Conclusion:TLR2 and TLR4 are highly expressed in lesionand peripheral blood of patientswith acne and havepromoting effecon the synthesiof inflammatory mediators.
