Correlation between magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging ADC value of endometrial stromal sarcoma and the malignant biological features

Abstract
Objective: To study the correlation between magnetiresonance diffusion-weighted imaging ADvalue of endometrial stromal sarcomand the malignanbiological eatures.Methods: total of 34 patientwith endometrial stromal sarcomwho received surgical resection in Hubei Provincial Hospital of Integrated Chinese & Western Medicine between May 2014 and Augus2016 were selected athe malignangroup of the research, and 58 patientwith uterine fibroidwho received surgical resection between Augus2015 and Octobe2016 were selected athe control group of the research.Magnetiresonance diffusion-weighted imaging wadone before operation to measure apparendiffusion coefficien(ADvalue).The lesionwere collected afteoperation to determine the expression of proliferation geneawell aestrogen and progestogen receptors.Results: Endometrial stromal sarcomADvalue of malignangroup wasignificantly lowethan uterine fibroid ADvalue of control group;CyclinD1, Rb, Sp1, Survivin, ERα, ERβ, PRand PRprotein expression in endometrial stromal sarcomlesionof malignangroup were significantly highethan those of control group while SULT1E1 protein expression wasignificantly lowethan thaof control group;CyclinD1, Rb, Sp1, Survivin, ERα, ERβ, PRand PRprotein expression in endometrial stromal sarcomlesionof subgroup with low ADvalue were significantly highethan those of subgroup with high ADvalue while SULT1E1 protein expression wasignificantly lowethan thaof subgroup with high ADvalue.Conclusions: Magnetiresonance diffusion weighted imaging ADvaluecan be used to evaluate the malignanbiological behavioof endometrial stromal sarcoma.关键词
