石榴组织培养及遗传转化技术研究进展
Progress of Tissue Culture and Transgenic Research in Pomegranate
摘要
Abstract
Pomegranate is a perennial woody plant,and has complex genetic background.With the development and application of biological technology,the combination of tissue culture and genetic transformation would be a new way for pomegranate breeding.The tissue culture and genetic transformation of pomegranate are the main contents of present study.The selection of implants,callus induction and differentiation,genetic transformation method,types of genes and antibiotics,identification method of transformed plants and so on were summarized.The development prospect and problems of pomegranate genetic transformation were also presented in this paper.关键词
