摘要

Abstract

Taking into account the dynamic and economic indicators of pure electric vehicles, the optimized selection of drive motor, power battery and transmission was completed in this paper.Aiming at the contradictory influence on vehicle performance from the capacity and quality of batteries, the power battery selection was optimized considering the energy consumption of different battery quality for driving 200 km under constant speed using eddy current dynamometer, and an interval optimization method was used to design the parameters of the transmission system.In view of the shifting shock influence in two-stage automated mechanical transmission (AMT), a control strategy based on the motor torque control shift was proposed.Carrying the electric vehicle joint simulation model the shift control strategy and performance indicators were analyzed.The results show that power system optimization matching method can satisfy the requirements on low power, low cost, and small transmission shift shock.The shift quality is higher in the process of continuous driving mileage test, which verified the effectiveness of proposed matching program, simulation model and control strategy.
