Review and the Extended Research on China's Marine Ecological Compensation Policies
摘要
Abstract
Marine ecological supplement research has attracted more and more attention in China recently.The researches have achieved a lot,which mainly cover the conceptual meaning,practice, mechanism construction,legal construction,compensation calculation,multi-discussion and inter-national reference.However,there are still deficient points exist.Based on the statistical analysis of marine ecology compensation study,the paper stated the development of marine ecology compen-sation research and suggested that.As an extended research,the paper focused on the contents of making concept clear,practice,mechanism,supplement calculation,rule construction and capital resource enlargement.关键词
