我国围填海效益评估研究回顾和展望
Review and Prospect of the Effecicency Evaluation of Land Reclamation in China
摘要
Abstract
Reclamation is a relatively direct human intervention to ocean space,at the same time of people obtaining space resources from the ocean,during which the impacts on marine ecology and environment are unconsciously carried on.The paper mainly reviewed the researches on the as-sessments of China's reclamation efficiency for nearly 20 years,and the following conclusions were drawn.There was lack of comprehensive research results,for that the research content on reclamation efficiency assessment of China was relatively simple.There was lack of appropriate e-valuation methods,for that the research methods were mainly "monetization"and "level quantifi-cation"assessment.In recent years,there have been a small number of the research results on comprehensive benefit assessment,but the relevant researches are still in the initial stage.关键词
