完善辽宁省围填海规划与管理的对策研究
The Strategies of Improving the Planning and Management of Reclamation in Liaoning Province
摘要
Abstract
With the opening of coastal economic zone,there have been reclamation activities of dif-ferent scales in the coastal areas of Liaoning province.The ecological environment of coastal areas is under huge pressure.This paper described the advanced experiences of reclamation planning and management work in major coastal provinces in China.Based on the current coastal development background in Liaoning Province,the similarities and differences of reclamation management be-tween Liaoning Province and other coastal provinces and cities were analyzed,improving sugges-tions for relevant departments were provided,from the three aspects of policy and planning,eco-logical protection and management regulations.关键词
