摘要
Abstract
With the development of new urbanization,industrialization,agricultural modernization and urban wisdom of Liaoning coastal economic belt,urban planning,land use planning,forestry protection planning,marine functional zoning and other special planning on the same area of land conflicts have become more and more obvious,affecting the economy,social coordination and stable development.Therefore,this paper studied the urban and rural planning,overall planning, forestry conservation planning,marine function zoning and other technical methods and more reg-ulation of land use conflicts measure,the multi-regulation fusion path of "1+X"were discussed, and Dalian Zhuanghe was taken as an example to carry on empirical analysis.The research result provided the technical basis and reference for the regional coordination and utilization of land re-sources.关键词
