胜利油田作业海域冰情特征及减灾对策
Measures in the Operation Sea Area of Shengli Oil Field
摘要
Abstract
With wide costal shoals,shallow waters,low salinity,and northerly location,there are different degrees of sea ice in the operation area of Shengli Oil Field every winter,which may af-fect the exploration,development and production of offshore oil and gas,as well as various kinds of Engineering facilities.Combining all kinds of the monitoring data got by North China Sea Ma-rine Forecasting Center of SOA in winter from 2005 to 2016 and the existing research results,the basic characteristics of the sea ice condition in the operation area of Shengli Oil Field were given in this paper.Based on the analysis of situation on the sea ice disaster prevention and mitigation, specific countermeasures and suggestions of sea ice disaster mitigation were put forward according to the overall deployment and requirements on sea ice disaster prevention and mitigation of ourcountry and the actual needs of marine production of the oil field.关键词
