Abstract
The "new normal" of China`s economy,different from the previous state of economic development,is the return of rational development of the economy,including the economic structure,economic power,economic growth and other aspects of the optimization and upgrade.The arrival of the economic "new normal" means that economic development has entered a strategic adjustment.On the one hand,China discards the previous extensive mode of economic development;on the other hand,a new economic development strategy should be deployed.Under the new normal,the demographic dividend will gradually disappear,while the income distribution gap and the problem such as excess capacity are directly restricting the development of China`s economy,at the same time,bringing serious challenges of crossing the middle-income trap.Therefore,to perfect the income distribution system,to deepen the reform of the supply side,to strengthen the education development and to strive to promote "the Belt and Road Initiative" are the path selection of crossing the middle-income trap.Specifically,the fair income distribution system is the core;the reform of the supply side is the guarantee;education is the foundation;and the construction of "The Belt and Road Initiative" is the strategic orientation.关键词
