Risk Prevention and Weak-links Improvement of Social Security System in the Background of Aging Population——International Experience and China`s Reform Path
摘要
Abstract
The aging population,as the non-negligible realities of China,raises requirements to make a more sufficient,more equal and more sustainable social security system.In the background of changing in the age structure,China`s social security system is facing severe financial risks and structural unfairness.Thus,based on international experience,China should deem the aging population as constraint conditions in the social security system to lay a solid safety net,improve the top-level design,reform key fields which may not fit the population structure,complete the lack,and establish a sustainable development mechanism.关键词
