State-owned Economy,Local Government Behavior and Capital Withdrawal——Institutional Obstacle of Reducing Production Capacity of Industrial Sector
摘要
Abstract
Under the current economic system,the study of institutional factors on the impact of capital withdrawal is conducive to defuse the excess capacity and to achieve the goal of supply side structural reform.The study shows that the proportion of the state-owned economy and the degree of industry taxation have a significant negative impact on capital withdrawal,while the indicators such as profit rate and asset-liability ratio have no significant effect on capital withdrawal,which indicates that the institutional obstacle obviously exists in the process of the current capital withdrawal,and affects the regulation of market mechanisms on capital withdrawal.关键词
