摘要

Abstract

In water quality testing, the data is processed by the chromatography analysis method. Based on the require-ment of the process of chromatography signal in water quality testing, the differential operation is adopted to realize the accurate identification of the starting point and the ending point of the chromatographic peak. Under the precondition of chromatographic signal data smoothing processing, this algorithm judges whether the chromatographic signal value of two adjacent points in a group of data complies with the average value of all difference value in this group, so as to deter-mine the staring point of the peak rising channel and a termination point of the peak downward channel. Using the starting point and ending point obtained in the previous step, it can identify the type of peak accurately. Experimental result shows that this algorithm has higher accuracy and faster operation, and it can avoid the instability caused by the threshold set artificially as well as realize the automatic spectrum peak recognition.
