Design and Implementation of Housing Levy and Compensation Information System on State-owned Land
摘要
Abstract
Along with rapid socioeconomic development and expeditious organic renewal of the cities in China nowadays, expropriation and compensation for houses has become a key link in the urbanization process.In such a context, in compliance with the Regulations on the Expropriation of Houses on State-owned Land and Compensation, this paper sets forth the major designing conceptions and functional modules of the information system for the expropriation and compensation.It involves systematically the entire procedures in connection with such expropriation and compensation as specified in relevant regulations and laws.Also, a detailed study is conducted with the case of "Jiaxing City Information System for Expropriation of Houses on State-owned Land and Compensation".Through practical application of the system, it is shown that the designed conception of the system remains scientific, improves efficiency of expropriation and compensation, thus allows "fairness, equality and openness", and vigorously promotes the work model of "overt expropriation, universal standardization, online agreement signing".关键词
