汽车制造商产能变化下的3PL响应策略优化与仿真实验研究
Optimization and simulation of robust response strategy for 3PL under capacity variation of auto manufacturer
摘要
Abstract
In the background of auto manufacturer's capacity variation,in order to identify the most robust response strategy for the system,this paper investigated three main logistics strategies for the third party logistics company,included truck scheduling,truck dispatching and door assignment rules.The simulation results show that,as the capacity changes,the centralized truck scheduling logistics mode outperforms and is much steadier than the decentralized one resulting from a reasonable allocation of truck resources;mix cross-dock mode performs much better and steadier than exclusive cross-dock mode as mix mode can make full use of dock resource to reduce the waiting time of trucks in CDC;SPT queuing policy can shorten the waiting time of trucks when shipping docks are fully load.This study makes the contribution on the decision and support for automobile parts TPL company when automobile assembly plant capacity changes.关键词
