基于实时数据的油料保障任务分配方法研究

Abstract
Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to combine quantitative analysis and qualitative description in the task assignment of joint operation POL support, according to the uncertainty expression of cloud model theory with fuzziness and stochasticity, a new task allocation method of POL support based on real-time data perception is proposed.By setting the supply threshold to achieve the dynamic control of POL demand, and to take the task selection factor and the demand correction factor to achieve the important forces of the key protection and advance protection.The influence of each factor on the transportation cost is described by estabhshing the normal cloud model of weight, and the impact value of each road section is modified with the tolerance index of related factors to narrow the path selection range.An example shows that the method can provide decision-making basis for the joint assignment of POL support tasks under real-time data support.关键词
