摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore nursing of sputum excretion with selfbeating on chest jointed with back percussion in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 62 AECOPD cases in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group.Patients in two groups were treated with anti-inflammatory, cough-reliving, and oxygen inhalation, the observation group with 31 cases was additional given selfbeating on chest jointed with back percussion.Results The observation group had decreased p(CO2) value and increased p(O2) and SaO2 than the control group, the number of disappeared cases with wheezy phlegm was decreased and 24 hour sputum volume increased, the duration of hospitalization was shortened, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group were easy to discharge sputum, sputum volume increased, chest tightness, asthma, dyspnea, respiratory function were significantly improved compared with the control group.Conclusion The curative effect of sputum excretion with selfbeating on chest jointed with back percussion is significant for treatment of AECOPD, the correct clinical nursing guidance is simple and acceptable and it is safe and effective for the treatment of AECOPD.关键词
