颅脑手术后消化道应激性溃疡的预防护理方法及效果观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate nursing and effect of preventive nursing for stress ulcer of digestive tract after craniocerebral operation.Methods A total of 104 craniocerebral surgery patients were randomly divided into observation group with 52 cases and control group with 52 cases, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group used intensive nursing intervention to prevent stress ulcer, stress ulcer, length of stay, nursing satisfaction and GOS prognosis were compared.Results The occurrence of stress ulcer in the observation group was lower, the occurrence time was later, the hospitalization time was shorter, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The GOS prognosis in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Active and effective preventive nursing measures can reduce the incidence of stress ulcer in patients with craniocerebral operation, promote the rehabilitation of patients, and improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
