耐热新城疫弱毒株及其热稳定机制研究进展

Abstract
Newcastle disease (ND) is a highly contagious avian disease,which can cause severe economic losses in the poultry industry.Vaccination is the major means of preventing and controlling ND.The selection and development of heat-resistant Newcastle disease virus (NDV) attenuated strains are of critical economic significance.In this paper,the research development of heat-resistant NDV attenuated strains at home and abroad was reviewed;the biological characteristics,immunogenicity and applications of heat-resistant NDV attenuated strains and candidate vaccine strains were summarized;the mechanism underlying the thermostability of heat-resistant NDV strains was reviewed.Combing with modern protein molecular dynamics simulation and reverse genetic technology,the authors also presented an outlook of molecular mechanism analysis of NDV thermostability and the development of new-type heat-resistant vaccine strains.关键词
