犬新孢子虫对小鼠神经小胶质细胞活性的影响
The Effects of Neospora caninum on the activity of microglia in mice
摘要
Abstract
The expressions of TNF-α,iNOS,IL-10 and Arg-1 in microglia were determined by ELISA,and then the activity of microglia was detected;The activities of PPARγ and NF-κB were detected by Western blotting.The aim of this study was to investigate the activity and mechanism of microglia during Neospora caninum infection.The results showed that the expressions of IL 10 and Arg-1 in microglia significantly increased 5 days after the infection (P<0.01),and the expressions of TNF-and iNOS decreased significantly (P<0.01).After treatment with the GW9662 inhibitor PPAR,the results were reversed.At the same time,the activity of PPARγ increased while the phosphorylation level of p65 decreased.The activity of microglia was changed by activating PPARγ/NF-κB Signaling Pathways during Neospora cani num infection.关键词
