MiR-133a-3p抑制人胃癌细胞的增殖、迁移及侵袭研究
Inhibitory effect of MiR-133a-3p on proliferation, migration and invasion in human gastric cancer cells

Abstract
The expression of microRNA-133a-3p in normal human gastric cell GES1 and six gastric cancer cell lines with different malignant potential were examined by real-time PCR.SGC-7901 was transfected with miR-133a-3p stably.Cell proliferation was measured by MTT assays,the migration was detected by wound assays,and the invasion was compared by transwell assays.Results showed that miR 133a-3p expression was shown to be greatly downregulated in human gastric cancer cells compared to normal gastric cells (P<0.05),but there was no significant association with the degree of differentiation (P>0.05).After transfection with miR-133a-3p,the cell proliferation,migration and invasion were significantly reduced (P<0.05).In short,the development of gastric cancer is associated with miR-133a-3p,and miR-133a-3p can be used as a potential diagnostic marker for gastric cancer.关键词
