白藜芦醇对慢性疲劳综合征小鼠自由基代谢及免疫功能的影响
The effect of resveratrol on free radical metabolism and immunologic function in mice with chronic fatigue syndrome

Abstract
The effect of resveratrol on free radical metabolism and immunologic function in mice with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) was studied.45 male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into normal control group,CFS group and CFS+resveratrol group,with 15 rats in each group.CFS mouse was constructed by forcing mice swimming in cold wa ter.Then,the mice of CFS-+-resveratrol group were given 10 mg · kg-1 CFS to fill the stomach,and the other group were administered the same volume of distilled water.Mice weight every week was recorded.MDA,SOD,GSH-Px,IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6,TGF-β were detected after the end of the drug administration,and T lymphocyte subsets were analyzed by flow cytometry.The results showed that compared with normal control group,body weight of mice in group CFS decreased significantly,the weight in CFS+-resveratrol group mice had no significant difference with control group;Compared with the control group,serum MDA in CFS group increased,SOD and GSH-Px decreased,CFS+-resveratrol group MDA,SOD and GSH-Px were in normal level;The levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TGF-β in CFS group were significantly high er than those in normal control group,while IL-2 concentration was significantly lower,there was no significant difference between CFS+resveratrol group and normal control group.The ratio of CD3 + CD4 +/CD3 + CD8 + and CD4 + CD25 + FoxP3+ Tregs cells in CFS group was significantly lower than that in normal control group,and there was no significant difference be tween CFS-+-resveratrol group and normal control group.Resveratrol can improve the weight loss,free radical metabolic disorder,antioxidant capacity,inflammatory reaction,immune dysfunction and other symptoms of CFS mice.关键词
