摘要

Abstract

In recent years,DNA barcoding has been widely used to species identification.However,whether it can be useful and how to identity the country property of Common carp (Cyprinus carpio L) has been rarely reported.Four mitochondrial genes sequences (CO Ⅰ,COⅡ,Cytb,and D-loop) were captured and country property of common carp was identified according to DNA barcoding method.The results showed that Cytb yielded higher barcoding gap compared to others,while COⅡ obtained the highest success rate under the best match approach.Based on four mtDNA sequences,the adjacent countries of phylogenetic trees were clustered into one clade.Considering the barcoding gap,false positive rate and false negative ratio,Cytb had more advantages for analyzing the common carp's country property compared to other 3 mtDNA sequences,although the identification was still not ideal.To sum up,decreasing the false negative rate and false positive rate for the common carp strain or location identification are the further work using DNA barcoding technology.
