摘要

Abstract

Cordycepin is one of the main active components of complex formed with Antheraea pernyi Pupa and Cordyceps militaris (L.) Link,which has a highly medicinal value and a wide range of pharmacological effects.In this study,different extraction solvents and methods were compared by single factor experiments.The result showed that the extraction rate of cordycepin can reach 1.62‰,when ultrasonic assisted extraction with 50% ethanol as solvent was used.This method was optimized by orthogonal experiment design.The result indicated that cordycepin can achieve a maximum rate of 2.23‰ by the superior extraction method which is under the condition of 80 ℃,material liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 50 and with the ultrasonic (48 W) assisted treatment for 20 min water bath extraction for 10 min,4 times repatation,total ex traction for 2 h.The effect of 4 factors on the extraction efficiency was followed by ultrasonic time> extraction tempera ture> ultrasonic power> material liquid ratio.The application of the research results not only can provide technical support for the high efficiency and precise extraction of cordycepin in the future but also play a powerful role in social economy and medicine.
