"品管圈"及5S管理模式在产科病区的管理应用

Abstract
Objective: To probe into the application effect and value of quality control circle and 5S management model in management of obstetric ward Methods: Setting up a quality control circle,by status quo survey and 5S management model including Organization (seiri),Neatness (seiton),Cleaning (seiso),Standarlisation (seikeetsu) and DisciplinandTrahfing (shit-suke),we carried out measures such as analysis and development measures,and use PDCA cycle to carry out countermeasure enforcement and effect confirmation,standardization disposal and so on.Results: After quality control circle, the rate of 5S management standards increased from 72.37% to 90.82% (P<0.01).Patients' satisfaction increased from 94.74% to 99.05% (P<0.05).Conclusion: To implement quality control circle and 5S management model could improve the compliance rate and satisfaction of nurses in Maternity ward, and was helpful to improve thework enthusiasm of nurses and ability ofsolving clinical problems.关键词
