Abstract
Objective: To probe into the correlation between sleep quality and social support and emotional state in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods: A total of 82 patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were taken as objects of study from November 2015 to December 2016,and they filled the general information questionnaire,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI),the Social Support Scale (SSRS),the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),and the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS).The Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship among sleep quality and social support,anxiety and depression.Results: The average score of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index was 12.1±1.5.The score of the Social Support Scale was 40.9±8.4.The score of Self-rating Anxiety Scale was 54.2±8.9,and the score of Self-rating Depression Scale was 53.1±7.1.The social support was negatively correlated with the score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,while the anxiety and depression were positively correlated with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores among patients (P<0.05).Conclusion: Since social support and emotion could affect the quality of sleep of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.The appropriate interventions should be taken to improve the social support and reduce the anxiety and depression.关键词
