三主线贯标流程管理在晚期恶性肿瘤病人疼痛控制中的应用效果
Application research on three main line standard procedure management in pain control of patients with advanced cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the application effect of three main line standard procedure management in pain control of patients with advanced cancer.Methods: From January 2016 to June,45 patients were selected as control group.And from July 2016 to December,another 45 patients were selected as experimental group.They were inpatients who were diagnosed as advanced cancer complicated with pain.The patients in control group received routine cancer pain care,the patients in test group received three main line standard procedure management of cancer pain control management,then to compare the differences of the relevant indicators before and after the implementation of the model.Results: The scores of pain symptom control in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of nursing group were significantly higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion: Taking the three main threading process model to carry out pain control nursing care for patients with advanced malignant tumor can significantly improve the control effect of pain and nurses'satisfaction in these patients.关键词
