Abstract
Since the rail freight reform,alarge number of cargo flights have been operated.Per train has an average of about 25 vehicles,the phenomenon of underloading rate affects the benefits of a railway operating enterprise.In order to improve the fullloading rate of the freight trains,this paper studies a pricing strategy for freight classification based on marginal cost.The classification and differential pricings for the customers were used to optimize the railway freight transportation,and the point-to-point whole process method was applied to evaluate the marginal cost.A freight train under load of 30%~50% of Guangzhou Railway Group Corporation was used as a case to evaluate the proposed method.Comparing with the railway revenue with the fixed price strategy,the optimized pricing strategy is better.关键词
