摘要

Abstract

There are two main theories of traffic flow equilibrium conditions:user equilibrium(UE) and system optimum(SO).But only studying the traffic flow with an optimal equilibrium condition can not solve the whole road network optimization problem.Base on Nash Equilibrium Game,combining UE and SO in mathematical theory,through theoretical derivation,the accuracy of the equivalent conversion was proved.Then,a simple road network was used to verify the theoretical analysis.The obtained results achieved the optimal user while achieving an optimal system.All the aboved shows that the traffic flow study under Nash equilibrium conditions not only improves the actual capacity of the road network,and also saves travelers' travel time.
