Abstract
This paper studied the effects of Cu2+ and Zn2+ stress on the seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics of Calendula officinalis variety "Longju 1" under the indoor condition.The results showed that: low concentration of Cu2+ and Zn2+ stress had a certain promoting effect on the seed germination of C.officinalis, while high concentration of Cu2+ and Zn2+ stress revealed an inhibitory effect;when the concentration of Cu2+ and Zn2+ stress increased, the activities of some protective enzymes (SOD, POD and CAT) in C.officinalis seedlings increased first and then decreased, while the MDA content increased gradually.关键词
