中国城乡建设用地时空变化定性分析
Qualitative Analysis of Spatial-temporal Changes in Urban and Rural Construction Land in China
摘要
Abstract
This paper studied the relationship between the construction land use and the population and economy of all provinces in China, analyzed the degree of coordination between the land use and the social and economic development of each province, synthetically analyzed their matching relationship, judged the type of land use trend in various provinces, and put forward the corresponding views.The study showed that the relationship between the economy (or population) and the construction land use all was of extensive type in 63% provinces of China, and it was of intensive type (or extensive type) in 27% provinces of China.The matching relationship between the population and the construction land use was of extensive type in most provinces.The matching relationship between the economy and the construction land use was obviously of intensive type, the economic development consumed vast construction land, and the construction land still had an important contribution to the economic development.关键词
