正常人颏孔位置的测量分析

Abstract
Objective:To determine the anatomical position of the mandibular mental foramen in normal adults. Methods:200 healthy adults provided informed consents were comprised and CBCT examination were performed. The coronal sec-tion of the image was selected and magnified. Nerve canal was stained to determine the location and pathway. Mental fora-men center (A point) to labial alveolar crest (B point ), mental foramen center (A point) to the intersection of mandibular labial edge downward connection with BA (C point) were measured. AB / BC, AC / BC ratio were calculated. Results:Longitudinal location of mental foramen was in the mid of mandibular body slightly near the upper edge. Transversal anatomical position of majority of mental foramen were located between the first and the second premolars; minority of mantal foramen were located between the second premolar and first molar. Conclusion: The results of the present study may be helpful and considered by practioners in clinical dentistry.关键词
