摘要
Abstract
With the approach of the aging society,aging-related researches have gradually attracting the attentionof many scholars.The models of aging related diseases has great importance value in aging research.Currently the most common aging related diseases are natural aging models,pharmaceutical intervention models,ozone damage modelsγ-ray irradiation models,thymectomy models,senescence-accelerated mouse (SAM) models,and so on.This article summarizes the preparation and evaluation of rodent aging models in researches,and inorder to give a theoretical reference for the research.关键词
