异形中心体诱发空化射流的数值模拟研究

Abstract
In order to produce better cavitation effect and explore a new way of cavitation water jet used in oil tank cleaning and derusting, so as to improve the efficiency and safety of cleaning and derusting. The idea of combining the special shaped central-body with the conical nozzle is proposed.The Mixture multiphase flow model is used to simulate the effect of the jet nozzle on the center nozzle with the flat head cylinder, the 90°cone-shaped cylinder and the hemisphere cylinder under the jet pressure of 12 MPa,the numerical simulation of the jet flow field is carried out. The pressure distribution, the axial velocity distribution and the cavitation volume are compared and analyzed. The results show that the nozzle with hemisphere cylinder has higher jet velocity than the other two nozzles, and there is a large core area;The nozzle with hemisphere cylinder and the nozzle with 90°cone-shaped cylinder have larger cavitation area than that with the flat head cylinder,stability is better;The nozzle with 90°cone-shaped cylinder produced cavitation bubble with the longest diffusion distance and the largest cavitation volume.关键词
