Effect of the Guide Vane Blade Number on Unsteady Flow in Axialflow Oilgas Multiphase Pump

Abstract
In order to clarify the effect of the guide vane blade number on unsteady flow in axial-flow oil-gas multiphase pump ,based on two-phase flow theory of the Mixture model.the SST model was used for turbulence. Taking self-developed YQH-IOO oil-gas multiphase pump as investigation object, numerical simulations of internal unsteady flow of the oil-gas multiphase pump under the condition of different number of guide vane and gas volume fraction. After the performances are analyzed, results in the studies are as follows. When the guide vane blade number increases .the heads of oil-gas multiphase pump tend to decrease with decrea-sing trend gradually slow ,the maximum relative were less than 7. 9% . When gas volume fraction were 0 , the efficiency of oil-gasmultiphase pump rised first and then decreased . When gas volume fraction were 50% .the efficiency of oil-gas multiphase pump gradually increased.the maximum relative were less than 3. 7% . After the pressure fluctuation of monitoring points are analyzed,the results show when gas volume fraction were 50% , the pressure fluctuation amplitudes of monitoring points is larger. When the guide vane blade number increases,pressure fluctuation of the flow in guide vane was more obvious.the attenuation of pressure fluctuation amplitudes was slow , the pressure fluctuation amplitudes of the blade passing frequency is gradually reduced. In con-clusion .when guide vane blade number is 9 , the unsteady flow characteristic in oil-gas multiphase pump was better by the gas phase distribution of the secondary impeller can also reflect the oil-gas multiphase pump running is more stable.关键词
