Abstract
In order to solve the problems of the balance disk scuffed and bearing burned caused by the axial force of multistage centrifugal pump, a new kind of combined supporting structure of tapered roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearing was designed. The sliding bearing installation jacket of the supporting structure used floating structure, so the bearing axial movement was allowed, the limit position of the rotor moved to the pump inlet end was limited, and the minimum clearance that the balance disk could maintain was ensured, so that the wear of the balance disk was avoided; The combined supporting structure ensured that the cylindrical roller bearings only bore the axial force and the tapered ball bearings only bore axial force, therefore, the bearing conditions was improved. The sliding bearing with elastic cover ensured that the outer ring of bearing and the roller jointed tightly, prevented the relative sliding between the roller and inner-or-outer circle, to improve the service life of the bearings. The practical application shows that this structure is stable and reliable in operation.关键词
