基于粗纱机改造的羊绒花式色纺纱线开发
Development of Cashmere Fancy Colored Spun Yarn Based on Reforming Roving Frame
摘要
Abstract
Remolding of the feeding method of roving frame and roller transmission structure were discussed.Cashmere fiber siro fancy blended yarn which had slub yarn and colored spun yarn effects was developed.The performance of bamboo fiber and cashmere fiber were analyzed.The technology principles of semi-worsted spinning and fiber-dying spinning were introduced.With semi-worsted process,roving frame was reformed to double sliver feeding and roller transmission frequency conversion control.Through optimizing and designing of process parameters,fancy slub yarn was successfully spun which had colorful effect.The yarn specification was cashmere/bamboo fiber 50/50 23.4 tex.It is considered that the yarn have natural antibacterial properties,excellent performance,colorful and special fancy effect.It can be used for spring and autumn knitting fabrics.关键词
