Process Design of Color Wall Coat Decorative Yarn
摘要
Abstract
Production process points of producing color wall coat decorative yarn using lower cost material as main raw material like cotton,kapok,renewable polyester and renewable cotton were introduced.Roving spinning technology design project was selected base on the design concept of super thick count design,larger twist configuration and bright color matching.Through equipment modification,the range of roving twisting and drafting design were expanded.Roving twist was increased and draft was decreased.Super thick roving spinning technology was realized.Dyeing technology was optimized,leveling property and permeability of dyeing auxiliaries were increased.Appearance effect like AB yarn was ensured.Color wall coat decorative yarn which was spun has compact structure and vivid color.It is considered that color wall coat decorative yarn is higher value,energy saving and environmental protection.关键词
