精梳锡林针齿密度分布对梳理效果的影响
Influence of Comb Cylinder Tooth Density Distribution on Carding Effect
摘要
Abstract
Influence of comber cylinder tooth density distribution on carding effect was discussed.Partition of comber whole cylinder and carding effect were analyzed.When the number of comber cylinder tooth was similar and each carding partition tooth density distribution was different,carding effect was tested and analyzed at FA269 comber.Results show that short fiber content of combed sliver will be reduced and IPI of frequent yarn default will be decreased after adding any carding partition tooth density in certain conditions.Each yarn indexes will be improved obviously after adding first carding partition tooth density.It is considered that adding comber cylinder tooth density is benefit to improve combed sliver quality,especially adding first carding partition tooth density.关键词
