摘要

Abstract

Detector installation angle logical location of broken yarn detector in spinning frame was discussed.On the basis of Ring Route broken yarn detector,aiming at the infrared light interference phenomenon of detector,the improvement scheme of changing the angle of detecting head was put forward.The balloon signals of different installation angles were detected.The balloon signal waveform characteristics of different installation angles were compared.It is found that the larger the deflection installation angle of detector,the smaller interference to the opposite detector.But when the installation angle is too large,the balloon or bobbin will affect to itself detection accuracy.Theresults show that deflected down 3 °of the detector is the best detection angle.It is considered that at the moment detector can basically overcome the effect of intensity superposition on the opposite photoelectric receiver.And detector can monitor accurately the conditions of broken yarn.
