北大荒农业现代化的绿色发展模式与进程评价
The green development mode and the process evaluation of agricultural modernization in Beidahuang

Abstract
Exploring new ideas, modes and paths of agricultural modernization development will accelerate the pace of agricultural modernization in China. By examining the development and practice of agricultural modernization in Beidahuang, this paper discussed the connotation, the goals, and the characteristics of the green development path of agricultural modernization in Beidahuang. In addition, applying the hierarchical equivalence method and target consistency evaluation method, this paper also constructed an evaluation index system, including three dimensions of economics, society and natural ecology, to evaluate the green development process of agricultural modernization in Beidahuang and to discuss the institutional guarantee of modern agriculture. Results show that the realization degree of the green development process of agricultural modernization in Beidahuang has a leading position in the nation and has been realized for more than 50% since 2010, and continued to grow to 59.45% in 2015. The speed of social welfare realization has been the fastest, followed by the speeds of the realization of economic benefits and the realization of ecological wealth. However, the realization degree of ecological wealth exceeded those of the social welfare and economic benefits. By prediction, the green development process of agricultural modernization in Beidahuang will increase to 67.23% in 2020 and will be fully realized (100%) in 2047. The experience of the green development path of agricultural modernization in Beidahuang plays an exemplary role for other regions in China, and provides a critical guidance for other regions.关键词
