大庆市推进新型城镇化的问题与对策
Study on the problems and countermeasures of new urbanization in Daqing City

Abstract
The analysis of the development level, the main problems and their causes of the new urbanization, and countermeasures will provide reference for Daqing and other resource-based cities to promote the new urbanization process. Applying the comprehensive evaluation index system and entropy method, this paper analyzed the development level and discussed the prominent problems of the new urbanization of Daqing City during the period of 2010-2015. Results show that the value of economic development, the improvement of citizens' livelihood, and the protection of ecological environment present continuous improving trends. However, the value of resource safeguard had some fluctuations in recent years. The comprehensive level of the new urbanization showed a steady increasing trend, increased from 0.2561 in 2010 to 0.6764 in 2015. Studies also show that although the comprehensive evaluation value of the new urbanization increased year by year, the industrial supporting ability was obviously deficient, resources and environment faced great pressure, and the improvement of citizens' livelihood had serious challenges. To solve the main problems and further raise the level of the new urbanization, the Government should promote industrial transformation and upgrading, reduce the pressure on resources and environment, develop labor-intensive industries, encourage enterprises to implement the strategy of integration and diversification, and prevent the rebound of income gap between urban and rural residents.关键词
