区域合作视角下中三角地区主要农作物生产比较优势格局研究
Study on the comparative advantages of major crops in central delta area from the perspective of regional cooperation

Abstract
Based on the data from 2000 to 2014 and applying the comprehensive comparative advantage index and the resource endowment index, this paper investigated the comparative advantages of rice, citrus and rape seed in the central delta area, including Hunan, Jiangxi and Hubei Provinces. Main results show that: 1) the comprehensive comparative advantages of main crops in Hunan, Jiangxi and Hubei Provinces are different. Rice and citrus in Jiangxi have the strongest comprehensive comparative advantages while rape seed in Hubei has the strongest comprehensive comparative advantage; 2) the comparative advantages for three crops in city and state levels are different, with rice have higher comparative advantage in most cities. Citrus in Zhangjiajie, Xiangxi, Huaihua, Ganzhou and Yichang has stronger comparative advantage whereas rape seed in Zhangjiajie, Changde, Jiujiang, and Xiantao have stronger comparative advantage; and 3) the comparative advantage characteristics for three crops are different. The comparative advantage in the area with rice production expanded and the area with citrus production changed from "dispersed" to "concentrated", and the area with rape seed production presented a trend of relative concentration. On the basis of the above analysis results, this paper provides the following suggestions: fully utilizing the individual crops' comparative advantages to promote regional cooperation, breaking down the regional administrative barriers to establish cooperative development mechanism, creating and improving the relevant legal system, and perfecting the legal executing performance.关键词
