粗肋草品种的染色体数目分析
Chromosome Numbers Analyses of Aglaonema Cultivars
摘要
Abstract
Chromosome numbers of collected 24 Aglaonema cultivars were observed and identified by using conventional pressing plate method.The results indicated that chromosome numbers of 17 Aglaonema cultivars:A.Red fission,A.Lady valentine,A.Red valentine,A.Lipstick,A.Phetcharat,A.Nightsparkle,A.Silver queen,A.Pattaya beauty,and so on,were all 2n=60,respectively.A.rotundum Red vein,A.Snow white,A spp.Bai-Ma-Wang-Zi,Kai-Sa and Ai-Lin were all 2n=42,respectively.A.costatum var.immacul-atum and A.commulatum SanRemo were 2n=34 and 2n=80,respectively.The chromosome numbers of A.costatum var.immacul-atum and A.commulatum SanRemo were reported for the first time.The identification of chromosome numbers for Aglaonema cultivars will provide scientific basis for researches on parent selection in breeding and molecular biology.关键词
