甘蔗内标基因PCR检测技术研究
PCR Detection Technology of Endogenous Reference Genes of Sugarcane
摘要
Abstract
Cloning and identification of endogenous low copy gene in sugarcane has been rarely reported,which affects the accurate determination of the transgenic sugarcane.Low copy endogenous genes of sugarcane were identified referring to the known endogenous reference genes and low copy endogenous genes of other crops.Eleven candidate genes were tested with twelve representative sugarcane cultivars based on the principles of species specific and universal existence.PCR protocol to amplify the low copy endogenous gene was set up subsequently,which contributes to identify transgenic sugarcane plants precisely and lays the foundation for development of relevant detection standards.关键词
