摘要

Abstract

In order to study the influence of splitting blade on the solid-liquid two-phase flow in centrifugal pump, numerical simulations of unsteady flow are carried out for the full channel of centrifugal pump without splitting blade and with three types of splitting blades based on the model of solid-liquid two-phase flow.The effect of splitting blade on external performance of the pump, pressure pulsation on the blade surface,distribution of particle volume fractions on the blade surface and slip velocity of particles on the blade surface are analyzed.After arranging the splitting blades,the lifting head and efficiency of the pump are significantly improved,particle distribution on the blade surface is more uniform,and the slip velocity of particles on the blade surface decreases in different degrees.The erosion degree of the blade surface is reduced.When the inlet diameter of splitting blade is 0.65D2,the pressure pulsation amplitude is minimum at the outlet of the blade, reducing the vibration and noise of centrifugal pump in operation.
