白芍总苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病有效性和安全性的Meta分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of total glucosides of paeonycombined with narrow-band UVB(NB-UVB)in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods Papers were retrieved on Vip Database,Chinese Journal Full-text Database,Wanfang Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Medline,Embase and Cochrane Library from when datebases were established to October 2016.Methods of quality evaluation were performed on the included randomized controlled trials according to the Cochrane systematic review method and meta-analysis was carried out with RevMan 5.2.Results A total of eight randomized controlled trials were included and the Meta-analysis showed that:The effect of total glucosides of paeony combined with NB-UVB group was better than that of NB-UVB or paeony glycosides alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant between Total glucosides of paeony combined with NB-UVB group and acitretin combined NB-UVB group on efficiency and PASI score(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between total glucosides of paeony combined with NB-UVB group and NB-UVB or paeony glycosides alone(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse drug reactions of total glucosides of paeony combined with NB-UVB was less than that of acitretin combined with NB-UVB group(P=0.001).Conclusion The total efficacy of total glucosides of paeony combined with NB-UVB group had a better curative effect and a lower incidence of adverse drug reactions,but the conclusion needs to be further verified by high quality research considering the quality of the study is inferior.关键词
