Abstract
Objective To investigate the prognostic value of neutrophil / lymphocyte ratio(NLR)in patients with breast cancer.Methods Breast cancer patientsadmitted to our hospital from2008-01to 2011-01who were treated by the surgical treatment were enrolled in the study.According to the follow-up results,all patients were divided into two groups:recurrent group(n=22)and control group(n=145),death group(n=14)andsurvival group(n=153).To compare the clinical data of each group of patients and use ROC curve to analyze the prognostic value of all indicators in breast cancer patients.Results ①Recurrent group had recurrence and metastasis in 22 patients,NLR was(2.56±0.84);145 cases in control group and NLR was(1.86±0.57),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in two groups.There were significant differences in age,tumor size,number of metastatic lymph nodes,TNM stage,ER,PR and HER-2 between the two groups(P<0.05).Tumor size,number of metastatic lymph nodes,TNM staging,NLR had judgment value on whether thetumor had recurrence and metastasis.②There were 14 cases in death group,NLR was(2.62 ± 1.01);153 cases in survival group,NLR was(2.06 ± 0.72),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in tumor size,metastatic lymph node number,TNM stage,ER,PR and HER-2 between the two groups(P<0.05).Tumor size,the number of metastatic lymph nodes,TNM staging,NLR,PR positive all had judgment value on whether thetumor had recurrence and metastasis.Conclusion NLR has a certain value in the prognosis of breast cancer patients,which is worthy of further study.关键词
