摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing sensitive index in nursing quality management.Methods In 2016 the 16 general wards of the whole hospital were selected,and the nursing sensitive index was used to evaluate the effect of nursing quality management.Since January 2016,Sichuan province nursing quality inspection index manual was used to collect data which were analyzed dynamically every quarter.The quality of nursing was controlled and improved according to the results of the analysis.The patient satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events were compared between 2015 and 2016.Results Compared with 2015,patients in the 16 general wards in the year of 2016,the patient satisfaction increased,the incidence of nursing adverse events decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing sensitive index can promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality.关键词
